"John Uston is not a pushy roofing salesman. He graciously answered all my questions about the product, how the crew would work, what the tear down, materials used and cleanup would be done. He brought roofing samples to my house giving me the opportunity to select what I wanted. He also suggested the installation of soffit vents to complete the circulation of the ridge vent installed many years ago. During the installation, the crew was so professional, quiet while doing the work, arrived early, worked well together, I almost didn't know they were around. I asked them to be careful of the front flower garden - which they did an outstanding job of doing. At the end of each day the cleanup was excellent, and they were careful to remove any nails that had fallen during the teardown. In summary, John Uston's company did everything promised from getting the city permit to installing a roof and soffit vents that makes my house and garage look awesomely handsome and did it professionally, carefully, quietly and to my complete satisfaction."
